Shipping Options:
All in-stock items leave our warehouse within approximately 3 business days (Monday – Friday) after you place your order.
Shipping rates are as follows:
1 Option: Air Mail delivery, 7-10 business days
- Shipping is free for orders $99+
- Shipping is $4.95 for smaller orders
2 Option: Express delivery EMS. delivery time 5-8 days
- All orders have fix price $10.
3 Option: DHL Delivery, Delivery time 3-4 days
- All orders from $99+ price is $25.
- Smaller order have fix price $35
Returns & Exchanges
Should you desire to return or exchange an item, please send your request to us at [email protected] and indicate which option you choose (return or exchenge), along with your order number (for exchanges, also include the information about the item you chose as a replacement for your previously ordered item, including the color and size of the former).
Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date they were delivered or picked up in store.
All “Sale” items and “Custom Size” items are final sales and may not be returned nor ex-changed.
All items returned or exchanged must be received back in their original condition: unworn and undamaged, including the original packaging and tags attached. Should these conditions not be met, no refund nor exchange will be granted.
Exchanges may only be made one timer per order. Repeated exchanges from the same customer for the same order are not permitted.
